That is completely different. I was discussing the decision in A, B and C v. Ireland and giving my own personal opinion. I was called before this committee to give evidence as a legal expert on the X case and the implementation of that case. I am, therefore, advocating a test in accordance with the X case and our Constitution. What I have written outside of my submissions is not actually that relevant to what I am saying here.
