With regard to conscientious objection in the event of legislation being passed, terminations being provided and clarity being brought to bear, should that be made public? In other words, if a person has a conscientious objection to carrying out a termination, when would there be an obligation on the clinician to inform peers or the administration of that location? Would it be at the start of their contract or in the event of an individual procedure being required? Should there be such an obligation and should it also be published that these people have a conscientious objection to a particular procedure for the termination of pregnancy?
