I thank Ms Luddy and Professor Murphy for coming before the committee this morning. I also have a question on emergencies, but as it has already been asked, I will not go back over it. In his submission, Professor Murphy stated paragraph 21 of the Medical Council's guide relates to abortion. With regard to paragraph 21.4 of the guide, will the witnesses expand on the meaning of the phrase "extreme immaturity of the baby"? How is this explained?
