With regard to the floodgates phenomenon, I am hearing much criticism about the psychiatry profession. It is being said that one stop shops will be set up where two psychiatrists will come into a town, sign all these documents and then the floodgates will be open. I ask the three witnesses, as professional psychiatrists, to comment on that criticism that is being made.
