No. It is a qualified "Yes" because the world is a lot more complex than that. There are 4.5 million people at most here. It is a big world and developments outside this country have a huge influence on what happens here. I know that is not always a popular view but nonetheless that is the case. There is no doubt there was a particular culture in regard to how regulation should be conducted and it covered most of the western world. All that is in the mix of how this mess came about.
