As Ms Hayes said earlier, all decisions are made by the board whether by consensus or vote, mostly the former. We participate in the discussions which inform those decisions and each decision involved a contribution from us. We do not just sit there and say nothing. We participate in the proposals before the board and come to agreement or otherwise.
