Information on what we do is freely available through our website, for example, the workplace initiative and seminars.

The hard copies will be for sale and can be pre-ordered for €7.99, which is not expensive. It is another opportunity to convey healthy messaging, particularly to teenage girls in school. As they might have jobs and are trying to study, etc., a balance must be brought to their lives that sees them being physically active.
