I am asking about the process. I understand for whom it is a matter. If they decided that they were not going to continue to fund this - I am just following up on the information Ms Tallon gave Deputy Eoghan Murphy - it is then a matter for the members to make that decision. If the manager puts before them a plan to spend a particular amount on this project again, the members can exercise their vote to support it or not to support it. That is the question because the Deputy said earlier that the members were against this or wanted to stop this project. In fact according to what the Secretary General has said, it is in their hands as to whether the manager spends more money on this. Therefore they decide "Yes" or "No" by voting on his estimate.
