There is an opportunity in that sector to seek people who might be prepared to invest, perhaps through a public private partnership, in the development of a marina. Many are of the view that Wicklow Port is an ideal location for a marina, but I have been saying for 30 years that we need investors because the company and the Department do not have the money. We need another breakwater and a pier. Then we would be home and dry with a marina, but along the east coast there are more marinas than there are yachts at Malahide, Howth, Dún Laoghaire and Arklow. We would welcome the opportunity to consider anything on the leisure side in that context. There are other areas in the leisure sector, but I would be less than honest if I did not say they are unlikely to deliver a great return on investment.
