My question is on amendment No. 7. It states non-advanced cover shall be construed in accordance with section 11E(4), but from my reading of this section, and I am always fearful of doing this because somebody may state I have missed something, it does not refer to non-advanced cover. It refers to advanced cover but not to non-advanced cover. It is on page 22 of the Bill. These are explanations for a table of various descriptions, but in trying to follow the reference in amendment No. 7 to non-advanced cover through the body of the Bill, I cannot find an equivalent reference to the specific section referred to, which refers to advanced cover but not non-advanced cover. I would like to have this pathway explained.
