I am not. I am telling the truth. I got a "D" in pass Irish after studying it for 13 years. Should we go down the Linguaphone route to get kids to learn Irish? What are her suggestions, as I would hate to see the language disappear? The world is becoming more and more homogenised. I have said on numerous occasions at this forum and in the Dáil that homogenisation is for milk, not people. What can Ms Ní Ghallchóir do to make sure everyone on the planet will not end up exactly the same? If some of us are able to speak Irish, we will be a little different.
