I thank the Deputy for her questions and kind remarks. It is a great honour and privilege to be the first female chairperson of Údarás na Gaeltachta. There are three points to be made about representation. First, the board is representative in terms of the skills it will need for the future, for example, when addressing the issues of strategy and policy that will arise.
