I am conscious of procedure here and I want to ensure we do things right. As all the amendments appear to be in the Deputy Pringle's name, and as has been pointed out to me previously, he or Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan, who will be deputising for him for part of the meeting will have the right to be the first member to respond to what the Minister says in respect of them. For the record, the Deputy has requested that the Minister read the briefing document into the record. Is that correct?
