I thank Mr. O'Brien and the Minister for their presentations. It is important that the people and parliamentarians have confidence in the investigation into the incident in Galway. It is a question of putting the patient at the centre. I welcome the changes announced today. I have two questions for Mr. O'Brien on the investigation. When will it commence? When will the composition of the panel be finalised, given the changes announced today and Mr. O'Brien's opening remarks? It is important that we reassure people about the quality of maternity services. It is a question of focusing on patients and all others concerned.
