For people holding a historic contract, one is looking for the brightest and the best to take on the role of managing their own peers and consultants. In our recent discussions with the consultants under the Croke Park agreement and the Labour Relations Commission, we have further endorsed and enhanced the role of the clinical director as being the senior manager for all clinicians.
