May I draw his attention to the statement that under section 13 of the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004, the CPSA must draw up codes of practice that describe the principles of probity, merit, equity and fairness that must be followed in recruitment and selection of persons to positions, including promotions in those public service bodies within its remit. May I invite him to confirm that the relevant code of practice in this instance would be the code of practice for appointment to positions in the Civil Service and public service No. 0107? Is that correct?
