I move amendment No. 11:

In page 6, before section 7, to insert the following new section:“7.--(1) The Garda Commissioner shall ensure external human rights auditing of all liaison officers training materials.
(2) The Garda Commissioner shall ensure all liaison officers appointed will undergo human rights training before taking up positions.”.
