Are such companies co-operating or collaborating with each other, particularly in the context of research and development? The successful delivery of Origin Green will help key players in the industry to strengthen each other. What will be the effect of genetically modified, GM, material in this regard? A move towards GM potato production is taking place in this country which is practically GM-free and uncontaminated by pollen as a result. Will the introduction of GM methods have an impact on how we market our produce?
