• A schedule of official flights taken by the Minister in 2023 and the flight cost along with the hotel and cost per night (Minister’s Schedule 2023.doc).
• A schedule of official flights taken by all accompanying staff and advisors and the flight cost (PQ Schedule of accompanying staff.doc).Responsibility for the payment of hotel costs in respect of all staff rests with the individual and is claimed from the NSSO in accordance with the rates of subsistence allowance payable to civil servants in respect of absences abroad.
