To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he will outline which public body has responsibility for ensuring compliance with section 15.1 of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Act 2021 on film productions which are in receipt of funding under Section 481 of the Taxes Consolidation Act (TCA) 1997.
