To ask the Minister for Health the reason a day care centre in County Tipperary that is facing a staffing and funding crisis was refused additional Section 39 funding to help meet the costs of permanent staff; if this matter will be reviewed urgently as the centre is at risk of a reduction of hours of service; if an additional support worker will be funded to ensure continuity of service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
