Septic Tanks

To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the number of households that registered a septic tank in actual numbers and not percentage, in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, in tabular form; the actual number of households that noted they had a septic tank in the 2016 census; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Water Services Act 2007, as amended, requires all owners of premises served by an individual domestic waste water treatment system to register their system with the relevant local authority.
