To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No 573 of 23 June 2020, the number of adults with an intellectual disability residing in acute or long-stay psychiatric settings in CHO4 between January 2016 and June 2022, in tabular form; the basis on which this information on unidentified service-users could constitute a breach of their GDPR rights, as suggested in the response; his views on whether it is the right of such persons with disabilities who are misplaced, sometimes indefinitely, in the psychiatric system to be accounted for in healthcare data; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
