To ask the Minister for Health if, in the interest of public health fairness and transparency, strict protocols and booking plans are being applied to the administration of the Covid-19 vaccine in order that priority need next-on-list guarantees the dose, as opposed to presence on the day; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
