As the costs incurred by the Health Service Executive (HSE) during the Covid-19 pandemic are a matter for the HSE, I have asked the HSE to reply directly to the Deputy.

To ask the Minister for Health if procurement procedures are being followed for all Covid-19 projects and expenditure; the way in which capital expenditure projects are being prioritised; the areas from which the funding for such projects is coming from; the spend on all Covid-19 infrastructure projects; the infrastructure projects by county being carried out to respond to Covid-19; the cost of each project to date; the estimated total cost; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
