The person named applied under the Scottish Derogation Scheme in 2015 for an allocation of entitlements. This application was initially deemed as unsuccessful. This unsuccessful status has not changed following an internal appeal and also an appeal to the independent Agriculture Appeals Office.
As previously advised by the Agriculture Appeal's Office, the person named may further raise the matter with the Office of the Ombudsman if they feel they have been unfairly treated in the matter of the most recent appeal.
