I propose to take Questions Nos. 690 to 693, inclusive, together.
My Department works with other Departments and public sector organisations to provide access to development opportunities for staff by way of secondment to/from the Department. Secondments from the private sector arise in respect of skills not readily available within my Department.
The information sought by the Deputy is set out in the following table:

2011 | 11 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
2012 | 12 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
2013 | 10 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
2014 | 10 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
