Draft notices of tender for both routes, along with the required supporting documentation, have been submitted to the EU Commission for consideration and approval. My officials are currently engaging with the Commission with a view to obtaining that approval, following which it is hoped to publish the invitations to tender in the Official Journal of the European Union as early as possible next month. The closing date for submission of tenders will be two months following that publication date.
