133. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will arrange for a new inspection to be carried out on the land holding of a person (details supplied) in County Cork who had some of their land parcels reclassified in respect of their 2013 payments and has now carried out clearing works on some of the land parcels; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This herd owner was the subject of a Satellite Inspection in 2013. Over claims determined by that inspection were confirmed by an on the ground visit. The applicant was informed of the position by letter dated 10 December 2013.

Any clearance work carried out since the original inspection can of course be reflected in the land parcel details included on this year’s Single Payment Scheme (SPS) application form. In this regard the person named may amend the parcel area details on an SPS amendment form which may be submitted to my Department up to and including 9thJune. An official from my Department has contacted the person named directly to explain the procedure for the submission of amendment forms.
