209. To ask the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 23 of 8 April 2014, the total number of restitution payments made to relevant parties and the total value of all restitution and miscellaneous charges; if any creditors from outside this jurisdiction are yet to claim restitution; and the number of Irish Credit Unions that have been classed as unsecured creditors by the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Special Liquidators. Unfortunately I am not in a position to provide a response in relation to the first part of this question as it appears to be outside my area of responsibility as Minister for Finance.

In relation to the number of Irish Credit Unions that have been classed as unsecured creditors in the liquidation of IBRC I understand that there are 16 Credit Unions that held tracker bonds in IBRC that will now stand as unsecured creditors.
