To ask the Minister for Health the conditions under which incontinence products are being made available to those on disability allowance; the reason prior to 2013, when full-time care was introduced, people in the Roscommon Health Service Executive area were not provided with free incontinence ware while those in the County Galway HSE area were given free incontinence ware products; the position regarding a HSE care recipient (details supplied) in County Roscommon and the provision of incontinence ware to that person; the reason they had to pay for such items prior to 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
