A total of 12,719 customers were re-classified as back to education allowance during the months of August and September 2013. The vast majority of these customers would have originally been in receipt of either jobseekers allowance or jobseekers benefit. It does, however, also include some other categories of customers, such as one-parent family payment, who are not included on the Live Register.
