To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the average number of commuters who use Clongriffin dart station, Dublin, on a weekly basis since the station was opened; his plans to have more trains stopping at this station; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39577/12]

This is an operational matter for Irish Rail in conjunction with the National Transport Authority (NTA) and not one in which I have any role. I have referred the Deputy's question to the company for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
