Question 578: To ask the Minister for Health when a decision for a renewal of a medical card will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; the reason this particular applicant has to apply every 12 months in view of the nature of the long-term illness suffered by the applicant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
