Question 124: To ask the Minister for Social Protection the amount and type of payments that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 receives from your Department on a weekly and monthly basis; the manner in which their eligibility for rent allowance is assessed; the amount this person receives; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The person concerned is in receipt of disablement pension at the weekly rate of €43.80 and one-parent family payment of €217.80 per week. She is also in receipt of rent supplement of €600.64 per month. This rate is calculated on the basis of her weekly one-parent family and disablement payments.
