Question 974: To ask the Minister for Health if it is a change of policy that family members must provide patient cover in an ambulance when an elderly or ill member is being transported from one hospital to another as was required in the case of a 91 year old patient at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
