Question 494: To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the proportion of infrastructure used for the distribution of electricity that is owned by the ESB in the North of Ireland; the amount the ESB charges northern customers for the use of this infrastructure; and are there any regulations in place to limit such a charge.
