Question 253: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if in the context of residency status, a review of the papers in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Meath will be undertaken in view of the somewhat contradictory statement by the Refugee Appeals Tribunal to the effect that is was not inclined to give the benefit of the doubt despite the existence of an MDC card number; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
