Question 304: To ask the Minister for Arts; Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he will provide details of any possible sources of loan finance from European sources including the European Investment Bank in respect of small and medium enterprises here wishing to undertake business expansion projects; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
