wish to advise that Mr Pat Harvey (former CEO of the North Western Health Board) is employed on a consultancy basis by my Department in his capacity as Chair of the Health Sector Implementation Body on the Public Service Agreement.

In relation to retired personnel in consultancy contracts with the HSE, the information sought by the Deputy is not readily available. However, have asked the Health Service Executive to supply this information to me and will forward it to the Deputy as soon as possible.
