Question 281: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the number of the stroke services currently referred to by the Health Service Executive as stroke units which have the most basic of stroke care - a lead stroke consultant, a stroke nurse, 24-hour CT scanning and 24-hour thrombolysis; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
