Question 271: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if the National Treatment Purchase Fund budget is currently being reviewed as part of the Government's preparations for budget 2011; if she will indicate, insofar as is possible within existing pre-budget guidelines, whether the budget is being targeted for cuts or whether she can guarantee that the budget will not be cut; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
