Question 289: To ask the Minister for Justice and Law Reform the number of foreign nationals who have illegally entered the State and who are to be deported who are currently in prison or in a place of detention; the nationalities of the persons concerned and those so held for less than three months, for between three to six months, for between six to 12 months and for in excess of 12 months.
