Question 142: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if she will examine the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 whose application for an over 70 years medical card took ten months to process and who has medical expenses of €1,817 during the seven months they would have been eligible for a card and has submitted same to the Health Service Executive; if she will arrange a refund for this person; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
