I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Proceeds of Crime Act 1996 and to provide for related matters.This Bill is an amendment to the Proceeds of Crime Act 1996. It contains two amendments to sections 40 and 40A. It provides for a change in the duration from seven years to two years.
