I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, unless the Dáil shall otherwise order, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the sittings of the Dáil on 15th, 16th and 17th October, 2013:(i) oral questions shall not be taken on Tuesday and Wednesday;

(ii) Leaders' Questions shall not be taken on Tuesday;

(iii) matters may not be raised under the provisions of Standing Order 32 on Tuesday and Wednesday;

(iv) there shall be no Order of Business within the meaning of Standing Order 26 on Tuesday;

(v) topical issues may not be raised under the provisions of Standing Order 27A on Tuesday and Wednesday; and

(vi) private members' business shall not be taken on Tuesday and Wednesday but shall be taken on Thursday.
