The answers to the questions have to be determined, and there is also the structure of the salaries being paid to all these people. There is a balance that may be difficult to strike relative to what we are speaking about. There is a challenge that will exist in these organisations to keep staff. Deputy Dowds expressed very well the voluntary fund-raising that goes on. There should be some kind of code of governance to be observed and the HSE will probably have to make some sort of recommendation in that regard.
