As per the requirements of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, my Department publishes annual protected disclosures reports and the 2025 report was published in March 2026. All reports of wrongdoing submitted to my Department are formally processed in accordance with my Department’s published Protected Disclosures Policy which aligns with the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (as amended).
