I can confirm to the Deputy, that my department is aware that the body operating the site where the school in question is located is making alternative plans for the site. My department is committed to working with the patron body to support those associated with the school impacted by this decision.

My department has recently approved the provision of a modular building for the school in question to address an immediate accommodation need. It is anticipated that site works and the construction of the modular building on site will commence soon and the project will be completed as early as possible in the new school year (Q3/Q4 2026). The assigned Project Manager will keep the school authority updated regularly as the project progresses.
