A submission in respect of a regeneration proposal for Noonan Road, St. Finbarr's Road, Dean Street and Fort Street was received in my Department on 11th March 2026.

My Department is currently reviewing this proposal and will be liaising with Cork City Council in this regard over the coming weeks.
